Poor service
I don't normally post reviews but on this occasion I was left frustrated. A print had faded so we ordered a replacement. As the dimensions ended up slightly different I realised fresh mounts would have to be cut so I took the picture into Opus. They measured and told me it would not need fresh mounts but would set the new print on backing board. I was then phoned and told new mounts would have to be cut at an additional cost. When I collected the picture only a single mount had been cut not a double mount per the original. To correct this would cost extra - at this stage and gave up and paid the balance.
