WORST solicitor I have come across
orj are extremely poor in communicating with agents and solicitors and VERY VERY SLOW! They have been working on a sale and purchase of a house from September 2013 and still no completion date as of 7th March 2014 they where asked for a planning document by a solicitor on the purchase and the vendor couldn't find it, instead of getting indemnity insurance they are still dragging it out another seller had their insurance in place within a week. If you want a VERY LONG drawn out house move and lots of stress choose this lot. If you want a smooth sale DON'T USE THEM - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!
