Overall Good
Overall I would say OTC Learning helped when they could, the tutor could have been more in touch with me but for the price I paid i'm happy with what I received. Some times I would call in and the team would not pic up my calls but they would always get back to me sooner or later. After 7 weeks I completed my course, not bad at all ;) I am now currently undergoing additional training as I feel the more I gain is the better chance I have of being successful. The course overall is good, its not great but then what is nowadays.

I found that some of the material didnt give enough explanation in parts, but on the whole the learning material provided were a good guide. The tutor help was invaluable as it isnt always simple to explain some errors over the phone, but they always sorted out any problems i had and were extremely helpful. I passed with an overall of 93% and was really pleased. I couldnt have done this without the backup of the tutors on the course. Thank you to all that have helped me throughout the course you are very understanding.

great experience
Great course, all the help you need is there for you if you need it.tutors are really helpful if you need their help.the course seemed scary at first sight, but when you get into it it's really good. You are learning new things day by day just looking for information about your course. would recommend this course for anyone that is eager to do it..
