About Us

We have 20 years experience in the IT industry in the manufacture, installation, operation and servicing of PC Networks (including structured wiring systems) and Microsoft Operating Systems.
We work entirely by on-site visits. We will solve your problem on-site if at all possible but if the job proves to difficult and would take many hours on-site we normally take the PC to our workshop and carry out the job at a fixed rate, agreed with the customer, regardless of time expended. The customer would be consulted about any parts subsequently found to be required and a price agreed before work would be completed.
Printer repairs are available via a specialist repairers.
Low cost printers are not usually worth repairing.

Standard Hourly Rate is £39.00 + VAT (£44.85incl.).
No Call Out or Travelling Charges*.
