Appalling Customer Service
I would stay away from this company. Very rude staff who are unhelpful and instead of looking for a solution raise their voices and slam the phone down., Waited in all day for a mattress, only for me to call when it hadn't arrived to be told they forgot to dispatch it - what sort of company forgets to dispatch something! I wasted a whole day off waiting in. Then they said they would deliver next day, then phoned at 4:59pm to say the mattress was damaged and they couldn't deliver it - yet on ebay and their website there are still 3 in stock. Would not believe a word they say. Stay clear and buy from a reputable company.
