Business Performance Improvement: Overdee Consulting Limited (OCL) works with the Managing Directors/Owners of SMEs who wish to make a real difference to their companies, either by increasing profitability at a given level of business or by growing business turnover (or both). What we do is to perform a short diagnostic study of the firm in order to identify the key opportunities that will have greatest leverage upon results in the shortest possible time. We then work with the company to address these opportunities, which may include, for example, refocused sales and marketing efforts, productivity improvements, supply chain efficiencies and overhead cost reductions. In this way the business benefits from external expertise and dedicated project resources such that their ambitions for growth and/or increased profitability can be achieved.
