Outstanding Service

I recently had my Audi TT 57 serviced and repaired with this garage and can say the service I received was outstanding! Throughout the day it spent there I received constant communication and courtesy via their lovely receptionist keeping me informed with works to be done and asking my permission to go ahead with them. Once the car was repaired the service didn't stop there, Pat then went through what he had done, thoroughly showing me the parts he had replaced and explained why. He also showed me how to maintain any persisting issues in the future and giving me full confidence on any dissatisfaction with works done that I can bring back, which of course I have none. Anyone with an Audi reading this, do not take it to Audi and be ripped off by their overpriced "investigation" charge into problems they've already ordered the part for and receive extremely poor customer service. So all in all P&M are a lovely family run business, full satisfaction and 5 star service.
