quality of bathroom materials and workmanship
Good design and initially pleased with work done. However within first year of completion cracks appeared in tiled floor and taps leaked. Taps replaced but problems have reoccurred. Company response to floor tiles problem was to seek opinion of 'expert' (a rep from tile company) who judged that the fault lay not with tiles or laying of them but with movement within the house and have ignored further appeals to rectify situation. Extremely disappointed with workmanship and after sales
