About Us

PCS Facilities Ltd, based in Aynho (Banbury Oxfordshire) formally Pro-Clean Solutions was founded in 2001, bringing together a management team who between them have some 20 years of experience within in the cleaning sector; Having previously worked with large and small cleaning companies who failed to understand the meaning of customer satisfaction, the management team were inspired to create PCS Facilities formally (Pro-Clean Solutions). Customer satisfaction is an important factor that every client deserves. In 2012 PCS Facilities has enjoyed being a support service provider & sub-contractor to many blue chip companies such as Lloyds TSB, Barclays, Abbey National, and Cheltenham & Gloucester. Since 2010 PCS Facilities continues to grow with contracts in London, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, and Cheltenham and Gloucestershire. During 2011-2012 PCS Facilities continues to expand in many service sectors to include Daily Office Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Retail Cleaning, Pressure Cleaning, Plant Care, Ground Maintenance, Pest Control, Mail Room Services, Specialist Floor Care, Graffiti Removal, Security and contract support services to include consumables & hygiene services. Whilst the country as a whole has grappled with increasing legislation surrounding business practices, in particular Health & Safety, the company has thrived through its integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and continues to succeed and expand.

Window Cleaning

PCS Facilities are specialist in the use of ‘Pure Water' tucker pole widow cleaning system. Our vehicles carry the latest pure water and supporting equipment. This allows us to arrive on site and thus meet the instant needs of most glazing systems requiring this method of cleaning. The 'Tucker Pole System' or 'Reach & Wash' Operatives work from the ground, Eliminates the need for ladders and Cherry pickers etc. Our current system allows us to reach 65 feet (approx. 6 floors). This maintains privacy/disturbance for your building. Great for the environment as no
chemicals used. May also be used on other external surfaces -UVPC, Cladding, Panelling, Facades and glass sky lights and ledges etc. This benefits the customer as it saves on cost to your company. The ‘reach and wash' has revolutionised the window cleaning sector and it allows PCS Facilities to reduce the health and safety risk associated with the use of ladders and mobile platforms. PCS Facilities are able to produce the high standards of pure water required to give a great glazing finish. We would be delighted to demonstrate the system to you. Saving of up to 40% is achievable they the use of this safe and efficient system.

Abseilers & Rope Access
PCS Facilities specialise in the supplying a range of rope access services for window cleaning at heights and in awkward spaces. Rope access techniques are often the only way of gaining access to cleaning and maintenance, without causing damage or disruption. Our rope access team who are fully IRATA trained can access all types of structures and buildings both internally & externally. Additionally, PCS Facilities may also need to use cherry pickers (hydraulic platforms) if the building cannot be cleaned or areas are impossible to access by rope access. In this case we would use our hydraulic platform vehicles, allowing us to access windows and facades up to a maximum height of 100 feet (approximately 9-10 floors). Our window cleaners are highly experienced trained operators of powered access platforms for exterior cleaning of buildings with restricted or awkward access; in addition we are members of IPAF – International Powered Access Federation. All window cleaning operatives are trained and certified with qualifications for a whole range of access platforms from specialist compact machines which will fit through a single doorway, to large hydraulic truck mounts up to 75 feet.
