APPALLING SERVICE DO NOT USE
Very unreliable firm. We prebooked a taxi of 6 to town on a Friday night as we assumed it would be busy and we wanted to be organised. However, after the taxi was 15 minutes late we called them only to be told the taxi wasn't coming as it had broken down. We instead were offered two taxis that would APPARENTLY be here in a further 15 minutes. However half an hour later it became apparent that they were not coming either and when we called AGAIN to see where they were we were told that they had taken different jobs instead. The taxis never came to the address yet one left a missed call that did not ring through and took a further 20 minutes of us calling them back to even answer to say that they weren't coming. Clearly because they no longer wanted to stick to the 20 pound rate that we had been quoted! I will never rely on this service again.
