DO NOT USE THEM!

We were with PJ last year and found them useless. There were many problems with our flat including broken doors, frequently blocked toilets and no hot water for 2 weeks. During this time PJ reynolds were highly uncooperative. Most emails or letters were not replied to, phones were not answered and one time when Mr PJ himself came to the flat we (flat of 4 girls) found him very intimidating as he angrily told us to stop complaining about things. All this while having the cheek to charge £100 agency fees! In the end we gave up complaining because we were scared of PJ coming around again and had received emails from the agency saying if we reported any more damages they would take the repair cost from our deposit! I would strongly recommend no one using PJ Reynolds was they will regret it very quickly. Worst agent I had in my 5 year undergrad
