Do not trust PSG Surveys
My neighbour has applied for planning permission for an extension on the far side of his house. PSG wrote to me asking me to appoint them and saying the following in bold letters. Paid by your neighbour. If your neighbour has sent a party wall notice do not sign the notice but send it to us. If I had been fooled by this crooked letter I PSG would have charged my neighbour for unwarranted work.
