I was delighted that fate pointed me in the direction of Packridge Apartments & Bed & Breakfast when, at short notice I had to travel to Romsey on a business trip. The location is superb, with the surrounding countryside providing a setting both tranquil and welcoming from which to base myself for my nearby appointments on the following day. The hospitality of the hosts was faultless - with none of my needs proving a problem for them. The facilities are a joy in aiding necessary relaxation from the stresses of the working day - the hot tub is a wonderful way to unwind, and I look forward to a frame or two of snooker in the new games room, plus a dip in the sizeable swimming pool during future stays. The grounds and gardens are large and immaculate, and also a pleasure to enjoy. The interior of the main farm house is extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated throughout, providing a spacious residents’ lounge and dining area. The Cafe au Lait room I was fortunate enough to reserve follows the same attention to comfort and detail as the rest of the house, with all the in-room requirements more than adequately catered for and provided including a good night’s rest in the very comfortable bed. To add a cherry to the icing on the Packridge B&B cake the breakfast is by far the best I have ever experienced!! In summary: A Jewel in Romsey's Crown. A very happy Paddy from Cambs
