Trustworthy local builders

When myself and my partner first thought about building our own house, we were confused about choosing a builder to build our dream home. Fortunately we found PAD in Higham Fererrs, and we have never looked back. Phil and Marcus from PAD, have been absolutely professional from the outset, they have a brilliant team of dedicated skilled tradesmen, who are perfectionists, each and every one of them. Can't recommend them enough, our house is different from the standard type of house design, and should be considered for a Grand Design award. Blueprint Archetectural Designs in Raunds are our Architects and together with our requirements and input have designed our stunning house. Only PAD builders would have been able to transfer design into reality. First class builders which are totally trustworthy ...we have been very lucky in finding them. Clive and Peter at Windrush
