Wrong Company Name complaint
The PCO office received a bad complaint from a customer naming Paddington Cars Ltd as the company they were reporting. On investigation the PCO office discovered it was in actual fact Paddington Cars which has a very similar name. A letter of sincere apology was sent to Paddington Cars Ltd who has a very good reputation with its customers.
