Beware! Unauthorised money taken from my account
Just appalling. The cleaner arrived an hour too late after I had cancelled. I was told my £10 deposit was non refundable. I then discovered a further £45 had been taken from my account. All comms have ceased as I've tried to get my money back and he has conveniently disappeared. This is being looked into and further action taken but beware.
