DO NOT GO TO PALACE GARDEN, CHINA TOWN, NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE

I have been to this palace garden few times. I felt this time I am really getting rip off. The service is becoming bad especially during the dinner time. 1. All the dishes are not served together. This is not Chinese cuisine at all. We finish a dish and just left we plain rice until 10 mins later then we have our second dish... 2. One of our dish was not served and we weren't told that they ran out of that ingredient. They just let it be quiet, and we being stupid enough to wait and wait until we finally ask the waiter. What bad service is this?!?! No apology at all... 3. Our tea was not served until we have our dishes on the table. It was a 20mins wait too...Drinks should be served not longer than 10mins once the customer has ordered it...Does it take long to make tea huh???? 4. Food portion is getting smaller... So I think I have given Palace Garden the chances, and now I have to honest to everyone and myself....DO NOT GO TO PALACE GARDEN....you may say they have dim sum..i agree... but i'm now terribly annoy by their service and arrogant waiters....
