Don't even go there!
Pals hairdresser, cut my hair to an abnormal short length when all i had asked them was to put in feathers and cut my fringe, i told her the hairdresser twice and i came back home with what resembles a birds nest on my head. Do not trust this hairdresser find someone who won't tell you, you are lying when you tell them that you never asked for layers. and won't give compensation or admit they made a mistake! I specifically was trying to avoid mistakes so i told the lady twice, feathers & a fringe cut, no mention of layers, she replied the second time "Don't worry, I do it". Now i have to turn up to college with this pile of crap on my head! And they still charged me for the layers! only go to pals if you want a headache and a bad hair cut to match!
