I have nothing but praise for pampered pets, our three cats often stay her 3 times a year. We have never had any problems and our cats are always happy and healthy when we collect them, the staff know our cats well and will comment on if they've been quiet, noisy or talking to other cats. Good choice of pens to suit all budgets

I have taken my dog to these kennels three times now and he has become more unhappy and anxious each time. I wont be taking him again. The staff do not appear to be very friendly towards the dogs. I was very unsure about the kennels from the begining because they didnt make a fuss of my dog or speak to him at all. They told me that my dog was grumpy. He is a very happy go lucky westie normally. I would like to know what happened to upset him. SP

We used PP for our first Westie 3+ years ago. He was a difficult dog, but PP did not refuse to look after him. We have used PP twice this year for our Westie Leila (a good natured dog this time). She went into the kennels without a backglance so she must be happy staying there. I recommend PP for their care of animals in their charge.

My 2 little pampered yorkies have just come back after 2 weeks in the kennels they are very pampered at home and were really well looked after they were allowed to have their own toys and bedding kept warm, fed and cared for. When we picked them up the staff were very kind and affectionate with the dogs I will definately be using the place again.

after reading the first review on this page I felt I needed to write my own review Ive been taking my bull terrier to pampered pets for the last 2 years and I would never leave my dog without asking questions regarding exercise and sleeping arrangement etc etc and one of the main reasons for taking him to pampered pets is because he does not get walked but gets but in a exercise pen twice daily, I feel better knowing he is safely enclosed and not able to escape. Pampered pets are very professional and caring, and my dog always comes back a really happy dog as if hes never been away. Please make sure you ask questions on the daily routine your pet will be having during they stay!

We have been taking our dog here for the last 2 years but have noticed he has become more anxious each time we take him ? why. As he has got older he has become less tolerant of other dogs so i decided to ask how he got on when they took him for walks.... It was only then that I found out that they DONT WALK the dogs!, they only get time in the runs. For £11.50 a day (there are cheaper places) I expected them to walk him at least once. I blame myself I just assumed that a place like this would walk them , hes a boarder collie so needs lots of exercise. I wont be taking him back.

My golden retriever stayed at Pampered Pets for 5 nights in August. She's only young and it was her first time away from home. They must have looked after her well as she seemed completely normal when we collected her and she hadn't developed 'kennel cough', which we'd been worried about. I'll be happy to use them again. SC.
