Avoid at all costs

BE AWARE BEFORE USING THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY This has been nightmare from start to finish with this company. When they arrived they did not use suitable packaging etc which lead to 7 items of furniture being damaged in the move After many times contacting back and forth they sent someone out to try to fix the problem with white nail varnish which we wouldn’t not accept this was a suitable repair. They then refused to do anything and we proceeded to take them to the small claims court According to Micheal we would never win and they would batter us in court, this was not the case and we won part of our claim. This was due to being sent the wrong paperwork but BEWARE they have a clause in the terms and conditions that they only pay £40 for each item of furniture damaged (I don’t know who has furniture that costs under £40) but this would not have been suitable for us Anyway even after we won the claim they didn’t pay on time after they were issued the County Court judgement and about a week only paid half the amount. They were very rude and aggressive refusing to pay the rest and we were about to issue a warrant of control when they paid the outstanding amount The company used lies in their court documents saying we told them we would sue them before they even accepted to take on the job (what company would go ahead and accept to do the move if someone said this) they tried to claim we had stolen a bean bag as it was in our cellar after being delivered to wrong address. They said we sued many companies such as another removal company from Wales which we have never done. We strongly advise Not to use this company they may be cheaper but you definitely get what you pay for with these cowboys
