Job was neat and tidy. Installers worked around several garden obstructions including a large kennel and a very lively springer spaniel. Very courteous too. I suspect that one of the installation teams is letting down the Company with their attitude.

Terrible
I am extremely unhappy with the work, attitude and threatening nature of this company. I have found them to be completely incompetent. In my unfortunate experience I would never recommend this company!

got better
This follows report from yesterday. The instalers did come back the same day after getting the machine fixed, and worked through till it was dark to finish the job. Only thing not happy with is the disturbed brickwork that has not all been made good and repointed. Shame this spoilt what could have been a good job after a bad start and if I hadn't checked round the walls I don't think the damage would have been pointed out to me!.
