Having trained with Mike for quite a while now I can say that it was the best move I ever made. His lessons are always fun and have taught me so much. The classes have given me much knowledge and an ability I would never have been aware of. The students are a very friendly group and the club has a family atmosphere that anyone would feel welcome in. Why not come along and give martial arts a go, it could be the best move you ever make. Thanks Mike for everything you do for your students and blackbelts alike.
