Poor service and little help.
I have been employed (short term) twice since going on to the "work program" and both times was without their help and support. They have no idea how to get people into work as most that work there got handed the job right after leaving education or from apprenticeship. Often quick to ridicule despite applying for several jobs a week and yet they offer very little support as to where you are going wrong. When not on an appointment, the saff just chat and gossip amongst themselves and brush you off if you just happen to ask for help unless they have to. A complete waste of government resources. I never heard a good word about them and I can see why my JSA advisor was so reluctent to put me on this "program" as he too has heard nothing good. I just hope for many people's sake that is finding it hard to get into work, find work before this "program" f**** it up for them.

My opinion on this group is SCAM. The group should be investigated by DWP.
