Cattery/Par air Colchester
Parair's knowledge on export is second to none. I had conflicting information from several other export companies regarding what flights to use and what documentation was needed. Parair was spot on with their information every time. My kittens went to Lebanon with out any hiccups. The staff were amazingly friendly and it was obvious they had a passion for the animals in their care. Little Teddy (the kitten) was treated like one of there own. Parair offered me reassurance all the time and rang me to update me during the kittens stay prior to export. Teddy arrived in Lebanon safely and in good health. Parair are wonderful people and I will definitely be using them again

Cattery/par air colchester
Poor state of runs, broken concrete, rusty wire.mesh, little stimulation. observed a member of staff going from pen to pen brushing cats with same brush (fleas pass on disease) also my cat is now very jumpy and fliches, som ething she never used to. She is very active and worry that she may have been hit.
