So unprofessional!

I booked my appointment for cut and blow dry twice. The first one was an evening appointment and when I arrived to the venue, parked and paid for the carpark, I found out the place was closed. I tried to contact them again the next day with a complaint, as I had not received a phone call to reschedule the appointment or to inform me they would be closed. I was told that a message was left on my phone (which was not true) and that due to my inconvenience I could come again the next day after work. Got there, and the venue was open. However, the hairdresser told me she had her own client and Mark (the man I spoke to the day before and complained to) paled to put my name in the diary and he was not there to serve me. The woman (the only hairdresser who was present at the venue that evening) was pretty abrupt and rude, and I was told she was busy and I could reschedule for another day chosen by me due to my inconvenience. I responded I would certainly not return again. I was extremely disappointed with unprofessional approach of the business to me as a client on both occasions. I would never recommend the place to anyone, unless you want to waste your time, petrol and cash for parking tickets.
