I enrolled on an apprenticeship and after 2 months finally heard from my assesor , had been messed about the whole time in less than 9 months i had 4 different assesors. I then completed the apprenticeship and was told that during the swap over most of my document evidence had been "misplaced" and so i was asked to re-do it after their mistake. Finally submitted everything and 5 months later still waiting to hear confirmation of completion or receive any certificates, when i phoned them they blame it on city and guilds saying there is a huge hold up? USELESS would never go back to them or reccomend paragon
