the 48 hrs service was delay. 96 hrs still havent't received. online tract service not update for few days. What is the meaning of the tracking service? Phone service was terrible. They just say on the road and ask you to wait.

I'm absolutely disgusted that a company with such poor communicational skills is allowed to trade let alone make money out of it. I've waited home for 2 days at a cost of over £200 to find out it has been sent back due to way it has been handled by drivers or loaders. FURIOUS

this service is terrable i orderd a game from game to be delivered on the release date, i traked the delivery on the day it was ment to be deliverd, all morning till 8 pm it said it was being deliverd finaly at 9 pm it said it was delivered, I did not go out all day as i was expecting this delivery and there was no delivery. I rang the next day and gave them my details, they told me they would ring back in 5 minutes, half an hour later i rang back in which they replyed they still need a fiew more minutes to fined out where it was delivered, another half an hour later 1 minut before closing time for customer services that day, i rang them back again and they put me on hold for 20 minutes in which they told me it was still in the depo and they will send it out straight away and it will be 30 min or so 1 hour later and it still is not here . this is the worst sevice i have ever come across in any buisness and i will not be using it again.
