Having read poor feedback for Parcelforce international incoming service and concerned about a valuable clock coming from America, USPS,I decided to be proactive and contacted Ipswich Parcelforce depot. They did their best,John Eley keeping me informed until it arrived. One problem Parcelforce should address is that after the Parcel left the USA tracking is uninformative,given the lengthy time to pass through customs more advice as to exactly where parcels are in the system would be helpful
