Not a happy customer

I have been to Park Stores a few times now, because my friends go. First of all the male owner is brimming with arrogance every time I go in - I've overheard some disgraceful conversations he's had with customers; while I've stood around waiting to be served. Secondly they have the bread and salad uncovered all day every day which leads to it going stale. Finally whenever I am served by the male owner, he never fails to short change me. Now I thought it could have been a one off but it happens every single time and to other people I have spoken to. I know times are hard but why you would want to have such a bad reputation AND loose custom over a few pence bewilders me. I suppose if he does this to the majority of customers it does add up at the end of the day, week, month and year. In all fairness his partner is very pleasant and has never short changed me, or anyone I have spoken to. Another thing trading standards wouldn't be too happy about is how everyone who works there handles money and then prepares food without washing their hands. This is disgusting and very careless. They really need to keep an eye on the chocolate along with other product's sell-by-date; intentional or not.
