Since our foundation Parker Ascott has developed excellent working partnerships with employers in London, the South East England and across the UK. We provide employers with a wide range of recruitment solutions to help match and place candidates to their organisation. Using a combination of traditional recruitment methods with the latest in new media, we are able to reach a large audience of high calibre candidates. Our dedicated team of professional consultants use a focused approach to recruitment, we take the time to get to know our clients, identify their needs, understanding their organisation and tailoring a service to meet those needs. Our recruitment philosophy is based on the guiding principles of honesty, integrity and delivery. We ensure that we meet our client brief and requirements, working proactively to exceed expectations. By 2015 we aim to help more than 5,000 businesses across the country with their recruitment needs.

At Parker Ascott we also provide a range of training and development services to help individuals gain new qualifications and skills, in addition to improving their knowledge in the workplace environment. Our training and development services have been independently accredited and recognised by some of the UK leading awarding bodies and professional associations. Our training courses are delivered both at our offices in Beckenham, Greater London or distance learning through home study packs or eLearning. All our training and development courses have been produced in-house by our specialist tutor and academic team. The courses are up-to-date and relevant to the industry sector, providing a valuable insight into the workplace. By 2015 we aim to help more than 20,000 people with our training and development services.
