Very poor quality bodywork repair
From my personal experience their repairs appear to be of a poor quality. The panel they repaired is rusting within 3 years, and the 5 year guarantee magically doesn't cover it. Their just as rude in person as they are over the phone. Surprised that the little cartoon man mascot isn't wearing a Cowboy hat. If you're considering getting your car repaired by them, be warned that will void any corrosion warranty with the original manufacturer, and chances are Parkers paint job will be so bad that the car with start to rust and Parkers will get out of sorting it.
