Parlour Blue

On a rather wet Friday afternoon, I decided to have a look around the village of Tideswell and came across Parlour Blue - one of the most charming gift shops I have ever been to! The proprietess was super and gave a very personal service. She is obviously quite passionate about the items that she stocked - most of which are locally sourced and was not at all pushy (like some larger stores) and left me to mingle and browse, which I did for quite some time! Several pounds lighter, I purchased several items for both myself and my friends. Everything, including the greeting cards, is quite unique and I shall definitely be going back there! If you get a chance to go to the Peak District, I would thoroughly recommend a trip to Tideswell and would most definitely suggest you visit Parlour Blue!
