Disappointed
At first I was very pleased at the attentiveness Drew showed me. I made specific requests and even sent a picture of the exact cake I wanted. He seemed to have understood everything and made me feel reassured. Sadly, the end product left much to be desired. It looked very amateurish and unprofessional. When I told him I wasn't pleased, he was very offended and told me he charged less than his usual rate. I did not request any rate change. He gave me a quote and I paid right away, without complaints. He also said he used high quality products, which I do not contest. I'm sure it was delicious, but it did not meet visual expectations. This was a novelty cake, so I can't say the same applies to wedding cakes. I will not be ordering anything from here again, unfortunately.
