Made an appointment for 2.15 and was still waiting at 2.50, and the place was dead. No apology until I went to walk out. Terrisle customer service.

Very disappointing
Had an appointment booked a week in advance for two of us for a formal that evening, turned up 10 mins early only to be rudely told we were 15 mins late ( confirmed with people who had heard me making the booking that this was not true.. ) but the girl insisted we were late and she decided to take someone else for a colour so would be some time, seemed like being fobbed off and were left stranded late on a Saturday evening with a ball to go to.... will definitely not be returning!!
