Recent Flat Rental
After owning my flat for 10 years, a change in circumstances required me to rent the flat. Rentals
We came across this agency by chance when looking for property in HP1. They were quick to react,asked really good questions and managed our expectations well. Since starting our relationship we have had a few issues with the property but the team at Paul Ashton have been excellent and attentive . SOLD !!!!!
We advertised our property through Paul Ashton Estates about a year ago. We had many many people through the door but we had problems finding the right house and felt we were letting the Agent down by not securing and selling on. Throughtout this whole process David, Cheryl and lovely Lauren have been absolutely FANTASTIC!!!, patience is needed when selling/buying a property and stress levels are super HIGH but not with Paul Ashtons they make you feel at ease and understand and listen to what your needs are in achieving the best price for your property. To this end I am very happy to say we have SOLD (finally) and moving on - all thanks to Paul Ashtons and his team. So along with the fees and a home cooked curry will be waiting at out new abode real soon!!! Thanks

Rented Properties
I can highly recommend Paul Ashton Estates for a No Drama friendly service. The staff are there when you need them and leave you alone when you don't. If I ever need to rent in the future they will be the first on my list to call.

Rented property
We rented our previous property through Paul Ashton and we was extremely happy with how it was all dealt with. If ever we had any problems with the flat or general questions, these guys sorted them for us asap. Even on the day we was moving out they had arranged viewings for the property. if ever we was to rent again then we would be going back to them.

So far so brilliant!
I have just let my property with Paul Ashton and so far the service has been fantastic. I had a deadline to let my property and was starting to get worried when the other two agents I was working with had only brought in a couple of viewings in a month. Everything changed when Cheryl from Paul Ashtons got in touch with me after seeing my ad on Gumtree. I was impressed with her proactive attitude and then even more so with the speed the team got my ad online and arranged viewings for everyday following that. They secured a let for me in one week!

Reliable & Friendly Agency, offering value for money
We have successfully let our property with Paul Ashton Estates for the last year. Dave, Cheryl & Lauren have been there throughout this time, helping & supporting us. Professional Friendly Family Business
We sold our house through Paul Ashton Estates back in March 2012. (Only just got round to writing this review..... Sorry Dave!!) Whenever we spoke to any one of the team.... Dave, Lauren or Cheryl, they were always down to earth and approachable. The pictures of our house were brilliant and really professional. If you're looking for an Agent who goes that extra mile... Immensely Professional
I went to Paul Ashton Estates after many other well known agencies. I had spent days and money with one agent to find they were ripping me off. I only knew this due to the staff at Paul Ashton, they even helped me to retrieve my money back. I asked for them to look for properties on my behalf, and within 2 days I had put a deposit on a property and moved in the same day I had signed the dotted line. The staff are always willing to help and put things right at the drop of a hat. If there was an award for best agent, Paul Ashton estates of Hemel Hempstead would win. Probably year after year.It is very rare to meet people who exceed your expectations.

Excellent agents, fabulous people.
My jaded views of estate agents changed forever with David, Cheryl and Laurens easy going, approachable, friendly and upmost professional service. Thanks to the great photos, spec and superfast turnaround they had my house under offer in less than a week. Good honest family business, nothing too much trouble and not a spot of hair gell in sight! Would recommend and use again.

If you want to sell use this friendly company
Cheryl, David & Lauren provided me with an excellent, friendly service throughout. They are approachable and therefore potential viewers/buyers would be happy to ask questions in order to get a sale completed. The fee they change is amazing value compared to others and I cannot recommend using this estate agency enough. My property was in Orkney and still they managed to generate a lot of interest. Give them a call and see what great service they will give you......
