Paul Ravenscroft Chartered Surveyors (M.R.I.C.S.) are a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, based in Coleman Fields Islington London N1, and working principally within the Greater London area, but most frequently in central, north, east and west London. Elected to the Institution in 1972, Paul Ravenscroft set up his own practice in 1986 after 21 years' experience in the property field including commercial and residential estate agency, property development, project management and general professional work in London, the provinces and continental Europe. He is a member of the Valuation, Dispute Resolution, Building Surveying and Commercial Property faculties of the RICS. Our detailed inspections of properties reports which were formerly known as Structural Surveys are particularly relevant where a building is dilapidated, or old, listed or particularly unusual.
