bad customer service
was very rude and cut me off mid sentance when i was asking him ti be carefull of the skirting boards as they had only been painted a few days ago and the gloss was still soft as it takes weeks to harden fully and i didnt want the scratched, he butted in and said if i wasent happy to go elsewhere, he hadent even started at this point so i didnt know if i was happy or not. If i wasent desperate for the carpet i would have told him where to go.
