I paid a £100 deposit on a car having been told it was HPI clear. Later that night I did my own HPI and the car had mileage discrepancies. The owner then rang me hurling abuse down the phone for doing my own checks as apparently I should have just taken his word for it and everything would have been okay!!!! Seriously! He then kept the money and ignored my correspondance. Steer clear and makesure you do your own checks.

I paid full screen price for a Ford Fiesta in summer 2015. After a few days I noticed the clutch was slipping. When I contacted Paul Shorrock personally and told him of the problem. He was immediately rude and foul mouthed. Basically he said it was my own problem. The car he sold me wasn't fit for purpose. I had to pay my own mechanic £600 to put the problem right. This horrible man just wants your money and doesn't give two hoots about after sales service. Do not buy from this man!

Do not buy from this garage. I purchased a Megane last week for a reasonable price, but within 24 hours the engine warning light was lit up and after consulting a Renault mechanic, I discovered a camshaft issue that is now costing me £500 to fix. Having been told the problem had been there for months, I contacted the garage, to which they informed me that "the problem wasn't there when I bought it". Anyway, I've accepted this now but I wish I had the time and money to take this horrible little man to court. To surmise: buy from a proper dealer. Stay well away from Paul Shorrock cars.

Have bought from him before and all was fine but this time however he was incredibly rude and insulted my dad... what type of salesman is he? He certainly will not be getting any custom off my family ever again. Would not reccomend!
