Boiler Installation and servicing

Faulty loo
Paul sorted our leaking float valve. Very quick and efficient job on the day. Confidence inspiring (more than can be said of some john wayne traders I've had turn up). Used a number of times will use again. Always very busy so may have to wait for a non-urgent job but that's always a better sign than someone able to turn up within 5mins. Recommended to me and I would do same.

Non-return valve replacement

Central Heating work and service
Paul Stone provide a quick and clear estimate of the work and a date when the work could be carried out. He turned up on time and completed the work as agreed and left the house in a clean condition with the central heating working perfectly. I have used Paul Stone before and have always found his work to be of a very high standard and completed on time and date. I would recommend him to anyone wanting central heating or other plumbing work.

New Bathroom
Paul recently fiited a new bathroom for us and i wish all tradesmen worked to his standard. Awesome service (again!)
This is the second job that Paul has carried out for us. Previously he replaced our cloakroom toilet and basin, but this time it was the entire family bathroom. The job was well specified, and even my fussiness was no problem. Bathroom looks stunning now. Job was completed ahead of time and Paul and his team were timely, clean and reliable. Even returned to drill holes and put my new roller blind up. Would not hesitate to recommend!

New Bathroom
Friends recommended Paul to us when we were looking to renew our bathroom and we are so pleased that we found him. His advice and guidance were first class, he definitely knows his stuff! Boiler Service
We tried to contact 2 other plumbers including the one who had installed the new boiler a year ago but neither of them got back to us.So rang Paul from the locals listed on the Buy With confidence scheme,he ANSWEREDand we booked an appointment.He turned up on time,got on with the job politely & efficiently.We paid him & he's booked us in for a year's time.Sorted!

New boiler
Very happy with paul and im hard to please. He was always on time. Very considerate when working in our house, especially as we have two children and a baby. The work paul did for us was to the best standard we could hope for. My husband was very impressed with how neat and tidy all the little details were. Good price for quality work and for once we wernt at all anoyed by the workman in our house! We are using paul again for our bathroom and will definatly get him back to service the boiler annually.

Complete New Central Heating System and Bathroom
We have recently moved house and needed to replace the complete central heating system, bathroom and kitchen. Paul gave us good advice, a good quotation and carried out all of the works in a professional, clean tidy manner. We were able to give him a key to the property and leave him to get on with everything. I work in the construction industry and can honestly say that without doubt he is one of the best, tidiest and courteous plumbers that I have come across. I have no hesitation in recommending him. New bathroom and central heating
We wanted to have a completely new gas central heating system (to replace our aging electric storage heaters) and bathroom fitted. Paul gave us lots of help and advice and one year on we are still delighted with his work. We left him a key and went away for a fortnight, and on our return he had done the work! He was always punctual, very courteous and professional. We would highly recommend him. He has just done a boiler service for us and again arrived on time, very pleasant and charming. Complete refit
During the renovation of my Bungalow Paul fitted all new water pipes, installed new central heating, a complete new bathroom and prepared piping for a new en-suite to be fitted later next year. Paul went out of his way to fit into my schedule and his work is to the highest standard. He is the only plumber I would now call. I have nothing but praise and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Bathroom Revamp
Paul has just completed revamping my 33 year old downstairs bathroom into a beautiful shower room. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul! Hot water cylinder replacement
Paul disconnected and removed my leaking hot water cylinder and replaced, tested and commission a new OSO cylinder. He was absolutely brilliant. He was tidy, efficient, professional, friendly and went out of his way to get my cylinder sorted quickly. I will defintiely be recommending Paul to all my friends and family.

Boiler Replacement
Paul replaced our boiler and sorted out the central heating system at the same time. It was a pleasure to have him and Callum work at our house 'cos they were always very professional and friendly and, unlike a lot of other "workers" they cleared up properly BEFORE they went home! Also they completed on-time and on budget - no mysterious extras suddenly appeared - unlike some. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to carry out work in your home. Exe Valley Brewery
Heating for our main water tank broke down; the hot water based system was 19 years old and the key elements are no longer made. Despite the unusual and challenging nature of the job Paul mended the system temporarily whilst soucing alternative elements to do the job properly; these arrived within a week and he had it up and running again properly very quickly. Thank you Paul; well done.
