My counselling service is unique to your individual needs and together, we will explore what's going on for you, break things down and consider alternatives to your current way of being/thinking and support you to put these into practise in your own way.

I provide a genuine and professional service which is shown in being a BACP Accredited / Registered Counsellor.

I provide counselling in a safe and comfortable environment in a designated first-floor room within my home, with easy access to parking/toilet facilities.

I offer counselling to individuals and couples and, supervision to trainee/qualified Counsellors.
