Appalling Service, Bad Attitude

I ordered some flowers (pink roses sheath) for my sister in laws funeral at a cost of £30 plus £3.50 delivery. Myself and my family were absolutely devastated when we saw the flowers at the funeral as they didn't look fresh and certainly were not worth the money we paid. After the funeral we were so dismayed that myself and my husband took the flowers back to Paul's Flower shop and explained that we were not happy with them and did not think they were fresh. Paul's response was that as far as he was concerned they were firm and fresh and nothing was wrong with them! He had no compassion that we had just come from the funeral and just didn't want to accept that we were not happy with the flowers. His attitude was appalling and he aggressively said he would give us a £15 refund, which he did. I then tried to pick up the flowers we had returned and he snatched them out of my hand and flung them to the back of the shop. My husband said 'is that it then, we get no apology?' and Paul said NO, so we left the shop very upset and in disbelief at the treatment we had received, vowing never to return. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
