I had my hot water heater replaced last month. Everyone was great, from the person who took the initial call to Samuel our Technician. Great communication on what time he would arrive and he arrived when he said he would. He was very professional, neat, and clean. Installation was made to look simple. Would recommend Samuel and PBD Plumbers to anyone
