Worcester PC Medic Computer Repair Services install laptop memory, hard disc drives, DC sockets (power/charging problems), CD/DVD/RW drives etc. We also supply and fit replacement laptop screens and offer new and re-certified laptops at discount prices. Worcester PC Medic Computer Repair Services will be happy to configure your laptop and wireless router, set up and configure broadband and assist you with any Internet or e-mail problems you may have.

I've got a new, super PC
Vic built me a PC in 2008 and it has been faultless, but recently a few small problems occured, many with regards to speed. So I rang PC medic and Vic did a speedy diagnosis the following day and we decided to upgrade to a Solid State drive with Windows 7. He took my PC away and brought it back 48 hours later, my data all loaded, hardware installed and ready to go. It's now lots faster in everything I do and ready to last for another few years! All done in a very professional way and I would not hesitate to recommend Vic and his Company to anyone.

Excellent Service
Victor is a marvel. Have called him out 3 times and he is always efficient - a true professional. Sorts problems out effortlessly. Printer problems
Vic visited the day I reported the problem which I had been experiencing for some time. Not only did he fix two printer problems but he also did other work to speed up my computer and make it more safe. I was very impressed with the service and customer care. I would have no problem in recommending him to others.

Replace Hardrive
Vic biult my pc 4 years ago but then a fault appeared and he advised best possible solution to have solid state drive,he brought pc back cleaned and installed all my other softwear.Excellent service and he is extremly helpful.Will always use him,he is second to none

Great Service
Vic was asked by my boss to provide me with a new computer. He was efficient, organised and professional. I'm not really interested in how the computer works as long as it does, so everything was explained simply and clearly and it works fantastically well! I know that Vic is now on the end of the phone if I should encounter any technical problems - so thanks Vic and I certainly would not hesitate to recommend you to others.

Superb Service

Great Service
Being of pensionable age, I could not get my new apple ipad to connect to the internet. My system was taken over by a young family wizzard who managed to mess up the whole system! Fortunately, I was reccomended to contact Victor At PC Medic. He came the same day, spent an hour on my three computers and wireless printer and had it all working Beautifully again. Excellent service and support
Being an older member of the computer users community I regularly go wrong and have several times been close to closing down the electricity supply to the Northern Hemisphere. Victor has always rescued me and made sure everything was back to normal and working perfectly. I cant recommend him and his service enough. VICTOR... the lights have gone out again!!!!!

Reliable Back Up

A great deal of help!
Worcester PC medic were invaluable in helping me solve issues with my Dell computer. I was having some problems with my computer's power supply and he was able to reccomend the neccessary parts to put the problem right. We've called worcester PC medic out to help with problems multiple times in the last few years as we've changed computers and encountered issues when changing operating systems. They've provided a great service at times when we've encountered issues and haven't had the know-how to sort them out ourselves. I could thouroughly reccommend worcester pc medic to anyone in need of computer solutions.

Brilliant Service as Always

Fantastic Service
Would never use anyone else. Victor has installed SSD upgradeafter backing up everything from old hardrive. Perfect Service. My PC is now better than new, it has never run so fast. Never let me down
I first came into contact with PC Medic when I was doing some accountancy work from home and found Victor always obliging if I was in any computer trouble. I now only use a computer for personal use but Victor treats my problems with the same urgency as if it was a business requirement and has never let me down.

Above and beyond
I have a small business in Worcester i depend on my PC very much as my customers orders must be filled within 1 hour. i hab been waiting for my regular PC doctor to come and sort out my problem as my e-mail was down. Worcester PC Medic not only fixed my problem but he identified the cause of this regular problem. he has saved me time and money. I would say that even if it means he wont get a recuring job Victor was very honest in pointing out why my PC went down so often. I have since bought a custom made PC from PC Medic and i have had 0% problems. Well Done PC Medic Keep up the good work.

Bespoke website design & maintenance
Our website needed updating and I was looking for someone local who could design and maintain our new site. Victor was given a very specific remit with some quite demanding requirements. I have to say that he has done an absolutely fantastic job! He also maintains the site and applies updates and changes as soon as they are requested of him. Top-notch service at a very reasonable price.

Superb new PC, Awesome Performance
My old system was 8 years old and Victor built me a new system for my design business. Using SSD (for programs and operating system) and conventional mechanical drives for storage, my queries and questions about the specifications (why and what for's) were well explained in non techno-babble. System ordered and up and running within the week. Incredibly quick response with a 27" AND existing 19" screen, a delight to use. 3 year on site warranty - and based locally - 10/10 SUPERB SERVICE.

Excellent Service
Victor is great. I needed advice on my computer he came out straight away backed up everything told me I needed to upgrade, well it was 7 years old. He ordered all the new equipment installed and backed everything up from the old hard drive. It meant a lot ot me as sentimental value was attached to all my data. Just took all the worry away about having to update my equipment. Very courteous, friendly, professional and tidy.

Superb Service second to none !
On the Friday my laptop was not working.Phoned PC Medic who came out qickly and diagnosed my problem very quickly.By the Monday I had my laptop back and fixed for a very reasonable fee.The company reloaded my broadband and printer.Nothing was any bother to them .You could class this an old fashioned business in that customer care is clearly paramount.Brilliant service ! I would recommend them to anyone with total confidence !

Small Business User

Peace of Mind
Cured an ailing machine; created and installed a new top quality PC which runs like a dream and performs the required tasks without any drama; you just cannot have better than that! Sorted out a malware incident and subsequently visited us to give peace of mind following an unsuccessful attempted telephone scam (as reported on the news and in the daily paper) - really quality service.

Better than the Cavalry
A superb service and a nice bloke too. Recommended to my family and friends and I have used Viktor's services for two of the Youth Clubs for whom I am treasurer. Always a good result and the charges are very reasonable. Nothing is too much trouble for PC Medic.

Always to the rescue
You feel to my PC as I feel about my dentist, trustworthy, careful, honest, reliable and always making time for emergencies. Not only have you been consistently helpful over the years you have come to our rescue but you have also fixed our laptop a couple of times, sorted out connection and signal issues but you have always find a resolution. Definately not one to give up I would say. Look forward to your help in the future, we wouldn't have anyone else and would recommend you to anyone we knew. A very big thank you.
