SCAM SITE!!!!
I ordered an item off this website that stated there were 8 in stock. I paid for next day delivery and it was never dispatched. I phoned up on Monday and was told they emailed me (which they didn't). An email was later forwarded to me that had purportedly been sent of Friday to say my item was out of stock (I strongly suspect the email was knocked up when I complained and had the time and date edited on it). I then asked for a refund and spoke to one of the managers called Nick. He said it would be done and then emailed me when he said it had been processed.....5 days later and still no sign of the money going back onto my card. Alarm bells started ringing when I discovered another IT company used to be located at the same address and also has a scarily similar website has been liquidated. I suspect PCSUPPLIERS.CO.UK was spawned out of its ashes. I have now concluded that I will not be getting a refund from this company voluntarily so I shall be filing a claim with the County Court and also I shall be reporting this to the police as suspected fraud. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! May my experiences save others from going down the same road.

AVOID!
I placed an order and paid for next day delivery. The order was placed at 2:30 (well before the next day delivery cut off time of 4pm). Despite it being paid for before the 4pm cut off time the order was not dispatched and I have had no communication from them nor have I had a response from my email? I am beginning to wonder if this is a scam website and whether I need to contact my bank and/or the police.
