sore nails... Worst nail shop ever

I went here as my usual was busy, never ever again!!! The nasty little man that pretends he doesn't understand English did my gels. They looked like the head of a spade with massive White tips, clearly too big for my nails. They hurt for two days following the appointment! Warning ladies don't set foot in the shop unless u want rubbish service and worse nails!!!

I went there for a full set and a pedicure. They hardy say hello, and were generally VERY RUDE;The only thing they could say properly in English was "choose colour".They kept talking in their own language and clearly about some clients, which is very unprofessional. The lady doing my pedicure hurt me and did not remove my dead skin as I was expecting her to.So I ask here and had to mime the action. She got very annoyed and pretended to do it as I insisted this was the reason I wanted a spa pedicure...She did it the quick way and there was hardly any difference between what she did the first time round and teh final result.I asked for a design. She clearly asked the bloke how much to charge me and he toke a look and she charged £5 on the top of the already vey expensive pedi/mani I had. NEVER GO THERE, unless desesperate

Worst nail experience

This is a VERY unprofessional salon. I walked in, as my usual lady was on holiday. What a big mistake! The people in here are RUDE You dont expect full blown convosation in a salon, but at least to be polite.. I.e: Not talk to each other in their own language, whilst you sit there clearly uncomfortable. I had my nails done- 5days later, four nails had come off. Considering I paid £38.00 for them- I was NOT happy. When confronted with what happened, they pretended not to know what I was going on about. However, they seemed to know how to tell me it would be £16.00 for my repairs! Ive had my nails done for over 5years and have never, experieced such shoddy workmanship. As well as the nails coming off, I had about three nicks- where the girl had caught my cuticles. Yes. Ouch. Yes. Blood. The salon is dirty and the instruments are not sanitized. I left VERY unhappy.. and it has taught me a lesson. Next time I shall just wait for my usual lady. I wouldnt reccommend this salon to anybody, not even if your desperate. I will be calling health and safety and making a report.

i got my nail done perfectly the way i like it. The lady is so friendly BTW Zhanna, if u want to chat u should go to some place like forum, or should i recommend a room chat?. U go to a salon and expect its to be a conferences? lolz. Its all about quality, they do your nail good, i paid the money reasonable. Its funny how ppl needed to b entertained in a salon .

had acryilic nails done there. not one person in the whole salon has got more or less decent english to be able to communicate with the customers.i felt like i was on the market in hong-kong or something . everything is done with the help of pictures, where you just point what you want and nobody even specifies whether ithe picture is really what you are after. customer service about -0. won't go there again. their prices are only about couple of poubds cheaper than anywhere else so i would rather go somewhere where i can communicate properly to make sure i get exactly what i need. but the work was done very quickly will see know how the nails stay on. i suppose for someone who doesn't really want to get the beauty salon chat it's ideal but as soon as i don't go these places too often i would like to be able to have a light chat and a laugh with the person who is doing my nails rather than sitting for 45 minutes saying nothing. not impressed at all.
