High turnover of staff, rude reception
Every time I go (every six months) I get a different dentist and when I ask why there's such a high turnover of dentists I get "we can't stop people getting other jobs". There surely is an underlying problem at this practice. The new female dentist is not up to the same standard as before. The reception/practice manager has always been rude and dismissive, that will never change.

Great dental work, terrible customer service.
I just wish the staff at reception could match the two female dentists for friendliness and approachability. Unfortunately, they can't, and they are quite frankly, rude. Shirty when it comes to moving appointments, unhelpful and very often theres just no answer. Oh and while we're on that subject theyve just changed the phone number to a 08 number, which charges a small fortune, and takes several minutes to connect you to the actual surgery. They charged me £20 to go on the waiting list, it took 7 months to get my appointment, and now they want another £20 to register my partner, even though me and my son are already registered.
