I was recommended to use Penguin Internet when I was changing my ISP and looking for a host for a backup domain. The registration and hosting costs were so reasonable as to allow use just as a backup to be practical. However, I was impressed by the service, and the helpfulness of the staff (I'm not very "techie"), and moved my main domain to them when I finally changed my ISP. I've just moved another domain to Penguin, and again was pleasantly surprised by the continued helpfulness. Changes in Penguin's servers a while back passed completely unnoticed to me, or would have done had Penguin not told me that that was what they were doing - keeping the customers informed seems to be a priority too. Heartily recommended by me. Bob Henson
