bad Experience with Pentagon Training Ltd

Hi all, i would like to share my bad experience while booking a Prince 2 course with Pentagon. I got the quotation alright, GBP 945 if I book now or facing price increase 15% in 2018. Ok I signed the purchase order trusting this is true. Next thing I looked at the website, if I sign up online the same courses in January 2018 is only GBP 839! On 3 January I got a sales call from Pentagon offering me the same course same time in January for GBP 739! I complained that the fordt Sales rep actually misled me about the price and tricked me to sign the order, which the company insist it is binding. I wrote a complaint asking Pentagon to reconsider offering me a more reasonable price ( nobody should be tricked to pay more than 200 pounds for the same course), I heard nothing from The sales rep since she last sold me the course. This is bad customer service, at least Pentagon should open a negotiation to make customer happy. I am now skeptical if all other things they promise like small class, high quality trainer and high passing rate are also true. So disappointing!
