Had my 1st appointment this week and I have to say that I was really pleased with everything. Nice people and great service. My nails look lovely and it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Great place - Gemma rocks!!!
I first went to Perfect Nails 2 years ago to have lash extensions for my wedding and have been absolutely hooked ever since!!! Gemma does a fantastic job and as a result i have recommended her to lots of friends and we have all been back for more and more and MORE!!! Service is brill (I keep thinking that one of these days she will shout at me for being late!! but she continues to not get annoyed with me and just does her usual fantastic job!) Thanks Gem, you are ACE!! I will be back in a couple of weeks for another top up!!

Fantastic atmosphere and service
Perfect Nails....well that says it all really!!! I have been a customer for many years and would never even consider trying elsewhere...even though i have more local beauticians on my doorstep!! Great Staff, Great service and fantastic value for money. Believe me if they can make my tootsies look pretty they are damn good and thanks to Gemma that is achieved. If you havent already been I recomend you treat yourself and I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.....you only need to read the reviews posted to see what a fab business is run here. Wendy - the lady that posted on here first....was you having a bad day when you posted that negative review???? It really does not seem like the same Pe rfect Nails at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exceptional !!
I have been a client to Perfect Nails Birmingham Road Wylde Green for many many years, having stumbled upon them for a set of week end nails for a Wedding I was attending. I have had many different types of treatments over the years and have agreed to be a "guinee pig" on occasions for the newer recruits (trainees) as they have to start out just like all of us, but with constant guidance from the Proprioter Gemma & or Assist.Mangr.Kelly have always had good treatments. Their nails are second to none as they look so natural & many occasions my friends have asked if they are my own as they look so natural. Gemma and the team are very very friendly indeed & always welcoming & if in a crisis & in need of something quickly they will do their very best to fit you in. Fully recommended, indeed I have & do give out the number regularily to my friends & family. Very happy to spend time delivering this positive review.

FAB SALON
I have been a client of perfect nails & beauty for nearly 20 years and have always found the staff to be highly professional and attentive. They are my oasis of calm after a busy day at work. I know I can just kick off my shoes & enjoy a delicious coffee, then the transformation begins! Starting at the top with an indian head massage followed by a divine facial & massage (im hooked every month) They help me prepare for my hols with spray tans, waxing etc! I have my nails done every week. I have always had silk wraps and I can guarentee that people will comment on my fantastic nails (even other nail technicians) they look so natural & gorgeous. The Director Gemma along with highly trained Kelly & Lauren can be relied on to transform me they are friendly and professional at all times. The salon is bright and cheerful (ditto the staff) I will continue to travel to Perfect Nails & Beauty they are an important part of my health & beauty regime. A Superb Salon
I have been a client of Perfect Nails for 15 years. When I first wandered into the salon I had no idea that a couple of hours later I would emerge with the most wonderful graceful nails. I opted for wraps as I wanted a more natural look and I have been seriously addicted ever since. The staff in the salon are wonderful, the service excellent and I have nail envy from all of my friends. I can honestly say my nails look wonderful but Perfect Nails offers much more. They take care of my spray tanning, my bikini and eyebrow waxing, my pedicure and eye lash tinting. It really is like having a full MOT. I moved to Milton Keynes from Sutton Coldfield but I still make the 160 mile round trip every two weeks to have my nails tended to. I love going to the salon. It is so relaxing and the girls are just brilliant fun! It is a real tonic. During my recent pregnancy I was unable to travel and Gemma (the Director) travelled to my house to do my nails and other treatments. Now that is what I call customer service! Book today. It certainlychanged my hands and beauty regime forever!

Terrible Service!!!
I first attended this salon a couple of months ago... whereby a trainee was assigned to do a fibreglass application on my natural nails, I was charged 30.00 for the most shabbiest job I ever thought was possible. The lengths were variable on my nails and you could see the mesh underneath the top coat. On complaining that I was unhappy with the end result, I was told by the manager that she would correct the problem for the sum of 20.00!!! as it was not herself that I had seen originally. Terrible service alround. They also made themselves refreshments and did not offer either myself or the other lady that was present if we would also like a drink... Absolutely terrible service alround, would avoid at all costs!! If you are looking for professionals and a very friendly service I would recommend SHAPERS in Sutton Coldfield, fantastic alrounders.
