Poor Experience
Perfect Petals florist at Sidmouth Street, Devizes. 18th Aug 2012 A £30 bouquet of flowers were purchased and sent to my partner due to a stressful week. The flowers were not placed in direct sunlight and had water and food as per the care instructions. Within 24hrs a quarter of the flower heads had started to either droop or drop off. Whenthe flowers were returned the shop staff looked for all excuses under the sun not to refund but just replace some of the dead flowers. The manager was very rude to the extent of wagging his finger in my face. In my opinion i would have got better service and flowers from a supermarket at a third of the cost. The manager also implied that i should not share my experience due to the harm it could do his business. Tough in this country you have freedom of speech. I am sharing my experience and opinion and would i use you again not in a month of Sundays !!!
